    High Definition CNC Plasma cutting machines are highly capable when cutting aluminium plate. They are cost effective as they only use compressed air as the cutting gas for cutting aluminium. CNC Plasma is ideal when the focus is on speed of cutting. The edge finish is coarser than that produced by routing or milling but may suit applications where full depth cutting at high speed is required.

  • Metal Cutting Fibre Laser:
    CNC Fibre Laser machines are now able to cut aluminium sheet and plate very fast and accurately. Laser cutting is appropriate for applications that require through-cutting only as a laser cannot effectively do partial depth cutting.
