ART ProfileShop 4 is a full 3D capable controller interface that provides a real-time display and simulation of all machining processes. All jobs are managed by on-screen controls for setting origins, changing tools, starting, stopping and recovering jobs. ART ProfileShop 4 is the latest version of the much loved ART motion controller which has been in development continuously since 1998. At ART, we believe a machine should be intuitive to operate. Every function should be obvious and easy to understand. Functions that are not applicable to the current operation should be out of the way to reduce clutter. Any error messages should be in plain English for ease of understanding.
Simple Menus
- Menus are divided into logical categories with only the buttons relating to the current operation showing at any time.
Multi Function
- Many tools can be configured to work on the same machine, even tools that normally would require a separate specialised controller.
- On the same controller you could run milling and router bits, drills, taps, thread mills, water jets, lasers, digitising probes, plasma cutters, aggregate tooling, saws, knives, pens, DOD inkjet printheads and many more.
Print & Cut
- For print shops, an integrated camera interface allows the controller to view alignment marks to automatically modify a g-code file in order to fit a printed design. This allows the machine to cut precisely around printed objects even if the print is stretch or distorted.
5 Axis
- 5 axis machining is also easy to achieve with full support for XYZAB axis control. Automatic retract allows the machine to withdraw safely from the material in the event of an unexpected stop event. The machine can easily re-engage with the job at any angle.
Wireless Pendant
- ProfileShop 4 also supports the use of a wireless pendant which allows the operator to get close to the job for accurate jog positioning
Custom PLC’s
- Special scripted routines can be created to perform custom operations such as loading material or sweeping the bed clean with a vacuum foot
Modify Files on screen
- File editing is also very easy with the ability to select objects, move, rotate, copy and delete all available at the touch of your finger.
One controller for many machines.
ProfileShop 4 can operate almost any type of cnc cutting machine.
The following features are all controlled by ART ProfileShop 4
File support
Experience the ultimate convenience with our CNC plasma machine, offering G-code compatibility for running industry-standard NC files, built-in DXF support that generates tool paths and lead-ins live on the machine, and the ability to digitize-to-cut directly by tracing templates with a laser pointer. This all-in-one solution eliminates the need for separate CAM programs and external design tools, streamlining your cutting process for maximum efficiency.
Laser Alignment Pointer
The TruCut CNC plasma machine features a laser alignment pointer, providing effortless material reference location and enabling plate rotation for precise positioning on the bed. The laser pointer also simplifies digitizing patterns and templates, allowing for seamless export back to CAD software. Enhance your workflow with this versatile and user-friendly laser alignment tool, ensuring optimal accuracy and efficiency in your projects.
Networkable
Effortlessly transfer cut files from office computers, eliminating the need for USB sticks. Enjoy real-time monitoring of cutting progress, machine status, and performance metrics, empowering your team to tackle potential issues promptly. Benefit from seamless software updates and remote technical support, making maintenance and troubleshooting a breeze.
Pre-loaded Cutting Parameters
Our TruCut CNC plasma machine features pre-loaded cutting parameters, ensuring optimal performance for various materials without the need to manually determine the best cutting approach. Enjoy hassle-free operation and consistent results with this intelligent, user-friendly controller.
Touch Screen
Our machine controls are designed to be content-sensitive, with messages in plain English and logical functions that are easy to understand, enabling full control over all machine functions. The system is user-friendly and easy to learn, providing operators with the flexibility to make adjustments as needed, without compromising accuracy or productivity
C Axis
Fast powerful C axis The C axis accessory enables the use of steered tooling such as knives, saws and aggregate tooling. Enables the use of steered tools such as knives and saws, as well as aggregates for drilling or machining on side faces. A C Axis may also be used for rigid tapping if required.
