We recently bought a plasma profile cutter from ART. And to say it has transformed our manufacturing life is a complete understatement.
We manufacture slashers for tractors at Kilcoy, Fortis Tracks. Initially, all the fabrication was done using “manual” machines ie punch and shear, hand held plasma, broach cutters, band saws etc. The tool most used was probably the linisher/grinder!!
