Description

ART ToolShop is a very efficient Toolpathing and Nesting CAD/CAM software.

ToolShop is template driven, so once you have entered the settings you require for a certain process, it remembers everything for next time.

Entire multi-sheet nested jobs can be created from multiple dxf files across multiple materials and thicknesses with only a couple of mouse clicks. ToolShop can even load a CSV or Excel file with part file names, quantities and material types with a single file open. Works with ERP/MRP systems as well as cabinet design software. Supports macros to parametrically draw simple parts such as rectangles etc. from spreadsheet data.

Once you have set up your templates for your Materials, Cutting Parameters, Nesting, Cut Ordering, Lead-in Placement and so on, it can be as simple as selecting your file names and quantities and clicking Go. Every step is able to be automated, all the way through to producing the g-code to run your machine, producing parts labels, nest reports, and so much more.

This is the ideal CAD/CAM software for large scale production of parts from plate and sheet materials.
ToolShop supports CNC Routers, Plasma Cutters, Lasers, Waterjets and Milling Machines.
It also supports tooling such as Router & Milling cutters, Drills, Thread Taps, Saws, Knives and much more.

ToolShop comes with a highly configurable post processor so it can support a wide range of cnc controllers. It also has a selection of pre-configured post processors for generic machines.
